The Elkhart City Bar Association Scholarship Foundation was established to provide financial assistance to graduating seniors of Concord, Elkhart Central, Jimtown, and Memorial High Schools with college expenses. These scholarships are non-renewable, and may be used for any college within or outside of the State of Indiana, and used for any field of study. Applicants are not required to pursue studies toward a career in law or law enforcement. In recent years, the scholarship amounts have ranged between $250 and $1,000 each. Typically, five scholarships are available each year. Awards are based upon a combination of academic achievement and financial need, as indicated in the application form. The deadline for applications is May 15, 2019.
